  • How do I make an appointment?
    Email to begin the process of scheduling a time to speak to one of our therapists to discuss your child’s needs.
  • How often will my child have to be seen for therapy?
    Session frequency and duration are determined on an individual basis, which will be decided at the initial consultation. Typically children are seen twice per week for 30 or 45 minute sessions.
  • How long will my child need speech therapy?
    Children progress through speech therapy at their own rate. Home practice and parental involvement will aid in your child’s progress.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    We do not accept insurance; however, we provide families with invoices, with the appropriate codes, so that they can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
  • Do you have private pay rates?
    Yes, we will provide a listing of private pay rates during the initial consultation.
  • Can you talk to my child’s teachers?
    We are happy to schedule calls with teachers and other therapists.
  • What is Speech-Language Teletherapy?
    Speech and Language Teletherapy is the online delivery of Speech and Language services via secure video conferencing. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or computer to participate.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment for any reason, please provide at least 24 hours notice by phone or email.
